1. Air volume regulating valve description
The valve is the central air conditioning terminal fittings ventilation and air conditioning and air purification of civil building engineering in an industrial plant, commonly used in air conditioning, ventilation pipe system, used to adjust the tube of the air flow, can also be used for mixing of fresh air and return air conditioning.

3.Air volume control valve structure:
(l) The air volume control valve is unified in four sizes for the blade width, the blade shape is a diamond-shaped double blade, and soft laps are used between the blades, so the hermeticity is good.
(2) Air flow control valve body frame is cold-rolled with 2 mm galvanized sheet and then welded with carbon dioxide gas or welded by ordinary Q235 plate; the blade is cold-rolled with 1 mm galvanized sheet into corrugated shape, two pieces Synthetic spot welding insert square shaft, or 2 mm G235 steel plate cold forming, single piece punching insert square shaft or welding round shaft.
(3) The regulating valve is divided into manual and electric, and it is divided into four types according to the used materials: iron plate, galvanized plate, aluminum alloy plate and stainless steel plate. The valve body structure and size are the same.
4.Air volume control valve application:
Apply to air ducts of ventilation and air-conditioning system which has smokeproofing and fireproofing requirements, especially suitable for the important buildings that can not be reset manually.
